Please join your neighbors at a peace rally on the corner of Rts. 4 & 202 in Northwood at 11:00 am Saturday, Sept. 24th, to coincide with the March in Washington DC on that day. We will meet by the municipal parking lot to ask our government to consider the consequences of continuing the war in Iraq on our domestic security, especially in the wake of the disaster in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama, which has shown us how ill prepared our country is to deal with a major natural calamity or terrorist attack, four years after 9/11. Please bring your own sign. All are welcome.
